A Completely New Module
For the CURTA watch, we have reinterpreted this historic complication with the jumping 24-hour day/night display (01 to 12 transitioning to 13 to 24) and implemented it in the distinctive CURTA style.

To reflect the unique CURTA design, a new 24h module was developed, based on a well known Swiss automatic movement R150. This module incorporates the characteristic number display of the CURTA calculator with its signature window arrangements.

The hour numerals for the morning (AM) are printed in black, while those for the afternoon (PM) are printed in red.

 






Description of the «CURTA 24h»

 

Unique Design: CURTA Meets Watchmaking
The design of the 24h CURTA watch draws heavily on the aesthetics of the CURTA calculator. The hour and minute hands have been specially designed to represent the clearing lever (minute) and the crank (hour) of the CURTA. The seconds are displayed via a rotating central disc featuring the printed CURTA Manufacture symbol.

Bezel with NUMERUS Function:
Another highlight is the engraved stainless steel bezel, equipped with a built-in counting and calculation aid.

With the NUMERUS, it is possible to perform all four basic arithmetic operations up to a result of 9999.

There are four separate numerical fields for displaying the units (100), tens (10¹), hundreds (10²), and thousands (10³) positions of calculation results. To indicate the corresponding numbers (powers of ten), four movable knobs are used, originally derived from the CURTA calculator.

Materials:
The stainless steel case with CURTA engraving and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal ensure durability and elegance. The watch is complemented by a premium dark brown saddle leather strap with white stitching.
