General terms and conditions
By sending an order, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
All deliveries and services of Uhrenwerkstatt & Curta-Service M. Schneider
(publisher of the Curtawatch.com store), based on online orders via the Internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express consent of Curta Switzerland, as well as the written form.
Deliveries are made only to end customers. You will receive the watch ordered by you with its own serial number according to the delivery times indicated. Curta Switzerland will, as far as possible, comply with agreed or stated delivery times on time. If these are exceeded by more than six weeks, the customer has the right to set a period of grace with the indication that he will refuse acceptance of the object of purchase after expiry of the period. This grace period must be at least one month. If an agreement on a new delivery date is then not reached, the customer may withdraw from the contract by written declaration after expiry of the grace period. If, in the event of delay or impossibility, the purchaser claims damages for non-performance, the full purchase price will be credited to his account immediately. Further claims of the buyer - especially for delivery - are excluded.
Deliveries are possible to the predefined countries.
After expiration of the payment deadline, the customer is automatically in default. If the payment is not made within the set period, the reservation of the Curta watch expires and this reserved watch with the corresponding serial number is released again.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery. For technical items, the respective attached warranty conditions apply. In case of warranty, the seller decides whether to take goods replacement or refund of the purchase price. Excluded from the warranty are damages for which the buyer is responsible, e.g. as a result of improper handling.
Defects Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be made in writing immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods, insofar as these can be determined by reasonable examination. The warranty period is six months from receipt of the goods. In the case of justified complaints, Curta Switzerland shall make subsequent deliveries and otherwise, subject to exclusion, Curta Switzerland shall, at its discretion, repair or exchange the goods, take them back or grant the purchaser a price reduction. If, in the case of an exchange of the goods, the second replacement delivery is also defective, the purchaser shall have the right to rescission or reduction. The warranty for defects is limited to rectification of defects.
